• In a large mug, mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg with milk. Add egg mixture to mug and blend until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Fold in banana and chips. • Heat oven to 325°F. Spray two 8x4-inch loaf pans with canola oil cooking spray.
