Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

Preheat oven to350F°. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat until lighter in color. Set aside. Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder and add nuts, set aside. Cream together milk, mashed banana, and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate chips. Add creamed banana mix alternately with flour mix to the first mixture of butter, sugar and eggs. Pour into greased, floured bundt pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Sift powdered sugar over top. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup white sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed bananas
1 egg
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup milk
¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine bananas, egg, melted butter and milk.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until blended. Be careful not to over mix.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. (It will have some melted chocolate, but no crumbs.)

Whisk together bananas, eggs, brown sugar, soy milk, vegetable oil, cider vinegar, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl until eggs are broken up and incorporated. Add flour mixture and stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
Pour into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Run a knife in between the cake and the pan then invert pan to remove cake.
