We enjoy this salad around the holiday. But can be enjoyed any time of the year. You can use any type of apples.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 green apple
1 red apple
1 yellow apple
2 -3 bananas

Steps:

Melt butter in sauce pan, over low heat; Cool.
Gradually stir in sugar, egg and vinegar.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly; Cool completely.
Chop apples and bananas.
Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently.
Enjoy.

Now cut the bananas in halves lengthwise and slice them evenly. Keep the bananas in a separate bowl. Slice the celery thinly.
Now, take a large bowl and pour mayonnaise, sugar and milk. Mix them well together until the consistency is smooth. Now in a separate bowl, put apples, bananas and celery and mix them together.
Pour the smooth milk mixture over the apple mixture and coat them well. Now place lettuce leaves on a plate and serve the salad cold. Garnish it with walnut to add more taste.
