1 bag (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots, divided
2 pounds ground beef or turkey
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 bottle (8 ounces) sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1-1/4 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Place half the Tater Tots in bottom of 5-qt. slow cooker. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes, breaking into crumbles. Drain. Stir in the next 8 ingredients; reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes. Place beef mixture in slow cooker; top with remaining Tater Tots. Cook, covered, on low 4 hours. Top with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before serving.

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ white onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup ketchup
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 pack dinner roll
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
sesame seed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Using a spoon, break up the meat and stir until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
  • Stir until the meat is fully cooked and sauce is evenly combined. Set aside.
  • Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking pan.
  • Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Place the top of the rolls back on top.
  • Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted.
  • Cut into individual sliders.
  • Enjoy!

1 package (18 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
12 slices cheddar cheese
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) sloppy joe sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
Dill pickle slices, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Top with half of cheese slices; set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, break up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes. Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; top with remaining cheese. Replace top halves of rolls. , For glaze, stir together butter, brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and garlic powder. Brush over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Bake, uncovered, until tops are golden and cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes. If desired, top with pickle slices., Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds and minced onion. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 kaiser rolls, split
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, fennel seed and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. In a bowl, combine butter, paprika and remaining garlic powder; mix well. Brush over cut sides of rolls. Spread meat mixture on roll bottoms; top with mozzarella cheese. Replace roll tops. 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 kaiser rolls, split
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, large enough to wrap finished sandwich

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
