- Preheat oven to 425°. Cut steak into 6 serving-sized pieces; pound with a meat mallet to 1/4-in. thickness. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup roasted peppers, spinach, cream cheese, artichokes and basil; spread over steaks. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side. Place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper., Bake until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 30-35 minutes. , Meanwhile, place pasta sauce and remaining roasted peppers in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large saucepan; stir in tomato paste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, 15-20 minutes. Let steaks stand 5 minutes before cutting into 1-in.-thick slices. Serve with sauce.

- Cook cabbage in boiling water just until outer leaves pull away easily from head. Set aside 12 large leaves for rolls. In a small bowl, combine the beef, pork, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, onion, rice, parsley, salt, dill and cayenne; mix well., Cut out the thick vein from the bottom of each leaf, making a V-shaped cut. Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture on a cabbage leaf; overlap cut ends of leaf. Fold in sides. Beginning from the cut end, roll up. Repeat., Slice the remaining cabbage; place in a Dutch oven. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam side down over sliced cabbage. Combine the tomatoes, sugar and remaining tomato sauce; pour over the rolls. Cover and bake at 350° until cabbage rolls are tender, 1-1/2 hours.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, egg, salt and 1 cup flour; beat on low for 3 minutes. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese. Remove from the heat; set aside to cool. , Punch dough down and divide into 12 pieces. Gently roll out each piece into a 5-in. circle. Top each with about 1/4 cup filling. Fold dough over filling to meet in the center; pinch edges to seal. , Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes. Brush with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Combine 3/4 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Heat milk, water and butter until very warm (120 degrees to 130 degrees F). Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1/4 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape into balls. Place in greased 8-inch round pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.

I haven't tried this yet but the recipe was given to me by a work friend who had it as a child and has made it ever since, it's her husband's favorite. Don't be mean on the ketchup even if you think it's too much, sounds weird but i am assured it's great, one of these days i will get round to trying it myself.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Fry mince and onion in a frying pan until browned.
- Add lots of ketchup until the meat becomes a reddish orange colour.
- Add a sprinkle of pepper then leave the meat to cool.
- Mix together the flour and suet with a fork adding a little water at a time but keep stirring.
- When the mixture looks like it won't fall apart knead into a doughy ball.
- Place on floured worktop, flatten and roll out into an oval shape big enough to fold over the meat.
- Place cooled meat on the centre of the rolled suet and evenly spread out.
- Fold the dough over like a Cornish pastie and press together the edges.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 25 minutes.

- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, eggs, tomato juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over the mixture and mix well. , On a pieces of heavy-duty foil, pat meat mixture into a 12x10-in. rectangle. Place the ham and shredded cheese on loaf to within 1/2 in. of edges. - In a large bowl, combine eggs and tomato juice. Stir in the bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and ground beef. Mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- On a piece of foil or waxed paper, pat and shape meat into a 10x8 inch rectangle. Arrange ham slices on top of meat, leaving a small margin around edges. Tear up the cheese slices, reserving 1 slice whole, and sprinkle over the ham.
- Starting from the short end, carefully roll up meat, using the foil or waxed paper to lift. Seal the edges and ends of the meat. Place roll, seam side down, in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 75 minutes. Cut the reserved slice of cheese into 4 triangles. Overlap the triangles on top of loaf. Bake for another 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Put the mixture in a medium baking tray lined with aluminum foil and distribute the meat mixture evenly.
- Add the ham, cheese, and spinach on top of the meat.
- Carefully lift the meat and form a roll.
- In another aluminum-lined baking tray, place the slices of bacon side by side, one next to the other. Place the meat roll on top of the bacon.
- Roll up the meat with the bacon, then wrap with foil.
- Bake the aluminum-wrapped roll for 25 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 500˚F (260˚C). Remove the foil and bake for 20 more minutes until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
