You will never want to buy fries anywhere else after you see how easy and delicious they come out at home! You can actually taste the potatoes and not the bread crumbs, oil, and salt. Add any other spices of your choice.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour olive oil into a large resealable plastic bag and add potatoes. Seal the bag and shake to coat every piece with oil.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a second resealable bag. Pour oiled potatoes into the bag, seal, and toss well to coat.
- Spread potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip potatoes over and bake until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, about 15 minutes more.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic, thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt. Toss until evenly coated. Lift the fries out of the bowl and spread onto a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer. Save the remaining oil in the bowl.
- Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through baking. Return the fries to the bowl with the olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley. Toss to coat, then spread again onto the baking sheet. Return to the oven, and bake until the Parmesan cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the fries with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, place potatoes, olive oil, garlic, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Zip up the bag and shake it vigorously to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Place potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet, setting the ziploc bag to the side for later.
- Bake for 30 minutes (flipping halfway through).
- Remove from oven and return to the ziploc bag (be careful! They are hot!). Add in the parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, close, and shake it again to coat.
- Dump the potatoes back on the foil-lined baking sheet, still in a single layer, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until parmesan cheese has melted and starts to turn golden.
- Remove from oven and top with additional parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and garlic salt. Serve warm.
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving.
