1 cup sour cream
1 package (8-1/2 ounces) cornbread mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans (16 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine egg and sour cream; stir in cornbread mix, salt and pepper. Add corn; mix well. Pour into a greased 11x7-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25-30 minutes or till golden.

1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style corn
½ cup sour cream
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 (12 ounce) package corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the whole-kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter or margarine, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well and pour into one 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 45 minutes.

1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn kernels, thawed and drained
¾ cup milk
1 egg
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl combine corn, milk, egg, butter, sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and transfer to prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour.

2 tablespoons milk
2 (14.75 ounce) cans creamed corn
2 tablespoons butter, diced
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl beat eggs with milk. Blend in the corn and butter. Stir in flour, sugar, black pepper, celery salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Transfer to a glass pie plate.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until top is golden and bubbly.

Transfer to a shallow 2-cup baking dish coated with cooking spray. , In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk; pour over corn mixture. One 15.25-ounce can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
One 14.75-ounce can cream-style sweet corn
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon red chile flakes
2 cloves garlic, grated on a rasp or finely minced
2 scallions, white and green parts, finely chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
3 large eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with the butter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sweet corn, cream-style corn, half-and-half, flour, maple syrup, chile flakes, garlic and scallions. Season with a nice pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Taste and season more if needed. Whisk in the Cheddar, mozzarella and eggs. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake until set in the center and golden brown around the edges, 50 to 60 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup butter, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (2.8 ounce) package French-fried onions, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent.
  • In a large bowl combine butter and cream cheese. Stir in whole kernel corn, creamed corn, chile peppers, and onions. Pour into prepared dish.

  • Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
