Steps:
- In bread machine pan, place the first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough setting (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed). , When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll into a 14-in. circle. Sprinkle a greased 14-in. pizza pan with cornmeal. Transfer dough to prepared pan. , Combine spaghetti sauce and sugar if desired; spread over dough. Top with the pepperoni, tomatoes, onion, cheeses and Italian seasoning. , Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

- For sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a medium bowl; set aside for flavors to develop while making crust. Freeze remaining paste .
- For crusts: Combine 2 cups of flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water and oil and mix until well blended (about 1 minute). Gradually add enough remaining flour slowly, until a soft, sticky dough ball is formed.
- Knead for about 4 minutes, on a floured surface, until dough is smooth and elastic. Add more flour, if needed. (If using RapidRise® Yeast, let dough rest, covered, for 10 minutes.)
- Divide dough in half. Pat each half (with floured hands) into a 12-inch greased pizza pan OR roll dough to fit pans.
- For pizzas: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Top crusts with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until crusts are browned and cheese is bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pans between top and bottom oven racks halfway through baking.

AWESOME PEPPERONI PIZZA

- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly grease round pizza pan. Put flour and salt into a large bowl, and stir just enough to combine. Stir in yeast. Make a well in the center and add olive oil and 1 cup lukewarm water. Mix until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 5 minutes. Roll out dough and press into prepared baking sheet. Cover and allow rest for 10 minutes at room temperature, then bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top, leaving a 1 in. border. Arrange the mozzarella on top and then the pepperoni, to your taste. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, 15-20 minutes. You can also add a little dried oregano and black pepper on the pizza too, but no more than 5/8 teaspoons combined. Slice pizza into 8 pieces.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Lightly grease a 12x9-inch baking sheet.Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl .Stir in the yeast.Make a well in the center and add olive oil and 1 cup lukewarm water.Mix until a soft dough forms.Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 5 minutes.
- 2. Roll out dough and press into prepared baking sheet.Cover and allow to rest for 10 minutes at room temp.,then bake for 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce on top,leaving a 3/4-inch border.Arrange the mozzarella on top and then the pepperoni.Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden,about 15-20 minutes.
- 4. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife,slice pizza into 6 square slices.Serve hot.
