Grew up eating this for dinner on weeknights and is a great way to use up leftover ground beef

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

1 pound(s) ground chuck, browned
1 can(s) cream mushroom soup
1 can(s) milk
8 medium potatoes, boiled

Steps:

Brown 1 Lb ground chuck and drain off fat
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Add 1 can milk
Mix together in skillet and let simmer until thickened
Pour over cooked Potatoes and serve
