2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
¼ cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic clove, grated
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 romaine lettuces, chopped
1 cup red cabbage
½ cup carrots, grated
¼ cup green onion, chopped
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
¼ cup almond slice
¼ cup fried wonton chip

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients.
  • Add chicken into the bowl, coat the chicken, and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Fully cook chicken.
  • Cut into cubes.
  • In a mason jar, combine ingredients for the dressing. Shake and set aside.
  • Prep the salad. Add all of the salad ingredients into a large bowl and add the cubed chicken and dressing. Toss.
  • Enjoy!

250 grams spinach chopped
50 grams zucchini thinly sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
500 grams chicken breasts
0 As required salt
0 As required black pepper freshly ground
2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
1/2 Numbers red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup mint chopped
1/2 cup pecan

Steps:

  • To make this scrumptious salad recipe, take a large bowl and mix the sliced zucchini with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and set the bowl aside.
  • Next, place a non-stick pan over medium flame and heat oil in it. Once hot enough, place the chicken breast in the pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook the chicken until tender. Once done, remove the chicken from heat and cut it into small pieces.

1 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
2 heads endive, thinly sliced
1 small head radicchio, chopped
1 small head escarole, chopped
2 zucchini, finely chopped
2 small peeled carrots, finely chopped
1 each red and yellow pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Combine garlic powder and ginger; rub onto chicken.
  • Reserve 3/4 cup dressing for later use. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F), brushing occasionally with remaining dressing for the last 5 min. Cool slightly.
  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; toss with salad greens and vegetables in large bowl. Add reserved dressing; mix lightly. Sprinkle with nuts.
