- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Whisk together Asiago cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, wine, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Pour evenly over chicken breasts.
- Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 40 to 50 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Top with black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and additional Asiago cheese just before serving.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- Line the prepared pie dish with puff pastry, covering base and sides. Trim excess pastry. Brush bottom with Dijon mustard.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Mix in chicken, and cook for 1 minute more.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, nutmeg, ground black pepper, and Italian seasoning together in a bowl.
- Layer 1/2 of the Gouda cheese over the puff pastry and top with chicken mixture. Pour in egg mixture. Sprinkle the remaining Gouda cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set and golden, about 25 minutes.

I found this recipe on Pillsbury.com. Let me just say... YUM! This recipe is soooooo good. I never thought chicken would be good in a quiche, but it really works in this recipe. It's a very savory recipe. It is good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

- Heat oven to 375°F Unroll pie crust and press firmly against bottom and side of 9-inch regular or 9 1/2-inch deep glass pie plate; flute edge as desired. Prick bottom of crust several times with fork. Bake 10 minutes; cool.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Reduce heat. Stir in bacon, chicken and spinach; toss to combine. Remove from heat; transfer mixture to large bowl.
- Stir sour cream, salt, garlic powder and pepper into spinach mixture until well blended. Stir in cheeses.
- In small bowl, beat eggs and whipping cream with fork or wire whisk until well blended. Gently fold into spinach mixture until well blended. Pour filling into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes. Cover crust edge with strips of foil. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until center is set and edge of crust is golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
BACON SPINACH ASIAGO QUICHE
This is the quiche recipe that I created for RSC #11. It starts off with a homemade crust and then is filled with a delighful combination of eggs, bacon, spinach, asiago and cheddar cheeses, shallots or green onions and sun dried tomatoes.

- For the crust: Mix flour, shortening and salt together with a fork until crumbly. Add water a little at a time until the dough holds together. Mix lightly with fork. Be careful not to over mix the dough or it will come out tough instead of flaky.
- Place ball of dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to fit a 9" pie pan. Loosely roll the dough onto your rolling pin and place dough in pie pan. Push dough into the pie pan and trim off any excess dough. Finish edges with a fork or by crimping the edges with your fingers.
- For the filling: In a large bowl whisk together eggs and milk. Mix in the asiago cheese and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Add bacon, shallots, sun dried tomatoes, salt, and cayenne pepper. Squeeze out the excess liquid from the spinach and add to the egg mixture. Mix everything together until it is well blended.
- Pour into prepared pie crust shell. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted about 2 inches from the edge comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until the bottom is slightly browned. Cool slightly.
- Cook onions in melted butter until soft. Cool slightly, then whisk together with milk, eggs, flour, seasonings, and 3/4 cup cheddar cheese. Set aside.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over bottom of crust. Layer chicken and broccoli over the cheese, then pour egg mixture over all.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. You may want to cover the crust edges with foil for the first 20 minutes.
