- Combine the bourbon, lemon juice, lime juice, and syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into martini glasses. Add a maraschino cherry and serve ice cold.

- In a shaker combine Bourbon, lemon juice, apricot preserves and egg white. Dry shake the cocktail vigorously as long as you can, to fully incorporate the egg white with the other ingredients.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again, vigorously to chill and dilute the cocktail. Strain into a coupe glass. You should begin to see the cocktail seperate into 2 layers.
- Take the tiger stripe stencil and place it over the cocktail. Carefully pour the cinnamon into the mesh sieve and shake evenly over the cocktail. Carefully remove stencil to reveal a tiger stripe pattern on the foam. Garnish with a dried apricot slice.
