5-INGREDIENT APPLE DUMP CAKE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quarts) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In baking dish, mix chopped apples, sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly in pan. Top with dry cake mix; gently shake pan to distribute evenly. Pour melted butter over top, tilting pan to cover as much of the top with butter as possible.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until top is light golden brown, mostly dry on top and bubbly around edges. Cool 15 minutes before serving.

APPLE/CINNAMON CAKE WITH 5 INGREDIENTS
Co workers request this often. It is so easy I can bake it before work and take it while it is still warm. If you like coffee, it's great with your morning cup. Credit goes to "Thank You apple pie filling" I found this on the top of the can many years ago. My friend doesn't like apple cakes but asked for seconds of this.

- Pour the dry cake mix in a bowl.
- Add eggs and apple pie filling (guess you could use other flavors as well).
- Mix with mixer for 2 minutes.
- Pour 1/2 the batter in a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix.
- Repeat with remaining batter and end with.

- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, toss apples with brown sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon., In another large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice and vanilla until well blended. - To make cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine granulated sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, apples, oil and vanilla. Add mixture to the dry ingredients, and stir just until well mixed. Batter will be thick. Pour cake batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. To make Caramel Sauce: Combine butter, sugars, and evaporated milk in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Cool. Cut cake and serve with caramel sauce. If desired, top with ice cream or whipped topping.
