- Preheat oven to 350°F Remove phyllo from package; unroll and place on large sheet of waxed paper. Cut phyllo crosswise into 2-inch-wide strips. Cover phyllo with sheets of waxed paper and damp, clean kitchen towel to keep moist.
- Lay 1 strip of phyllo at a time on flat surface and brush immediately with melted butter. Place 1 clove of garlic at end. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon walnuts along length of strip.
- Roll up garlic clove and walnuts in strip, tucking in side edges as you roll. Brush with more butter. Roll in bread crumbs. Repeat with remaining phyllo, garlic, walnuts and butter.
- Place Anti-Vampire Garlic Bites on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake 20 minutes.

- On a lightly floured surface, unroll pastry. Using a round 3-in. cutter, cut out seven circles from each sheet. Place 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon walnut butter in the center of each pastry. Brush egg around edges. Fold pastry over; press down around filling to seal. Brush tops with egg., Transfer to ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing from pans to wire racks., For sauce, in a small saucepan, combine sugar and juice. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is thick and syrupy. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Place cranberries in a blender; cover and process until chopped. Add syrup; process until smooth., Cut marshmallows in half diagonally to resemble fangs. When pastries are cool enough to handle, pry open slightly and dip in syrup; add fangs.

- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add cinnamon and nutmeg; cook 2 minutes., Stir in squash and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until squash is tender, 15-20 minutes., Use an immersion blender or pulse soup in batches in blender until smooth. Return to pan; add half-and-half cream and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve immediately with bacon and crumbled cheese.
