ANGEL HAIR WITH LOBSTER (CAPELLI D'ANGELO ALL'ARAGOSTA)
This recipe hails from the region of Sardegna, found it on barilla.com, created by Lorenzo Boni, and it is exactly what I have been looking for. Not that this would be fare here at the "home" but would like to make it for company or my "special day" another special event here at the home. Once every month, our rooms are stripped down and throughly cleaned and dusted and touched-up with paint to name a few activities then every department asks the resident what they would like for that special day -- we call it "gang tackling".

ANGEL-HAIR PASTA WITH SAUTEED OYSTERS AND CHORIZO
In this easy pasta course, chorizo -- a cured-pork sausage seasoned with chili powder and paprika -- is a lively complement to cooked oysters and a refreshing departure from the smoked bacon commonly paired with them.

LANGOUSTINE AND ANGEL HAIR
This is a WONDERFUL recipe I found by Emeril when I was on a search for Langoustine recipes after locating them at my local Trader Joe's. I love Langoustine's but was surprised to find how few recipes there was out there. They remind me of a cross between mini lobster bites and shrimp so I plan to use them interchangeably with shrimp but this recipe was designed specifically for them. I increase the garlic in this recipe and you can alter the amounts of all ingredients to suit your tastes. Enjoy!

ANGEL PASTA WITH LOBSTER SAUCE
This is said to be very similar to the Olive Garden's Lobster Spaghetti. In any case, it sounds amazing.
