Bacon, Cheese, Eggs on pizza? What could be better? This Breakfast Pizza makes for a great weekend breakfast, it's simple, delicious and totally homemade.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 F degrees.
- Spray a baking sheet (15.25 x 10.25 inches) with cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the pizza baking dish. Drizzle the dough with a bit of olive oil.
- Arrange the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Top with bacon and tomato. Crack 6 eggs on the pizza.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edge is golden brown.
- Garnish with chives and parsley.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. pan. Prick thoroughly with a fork; brush with 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until lightly browned, 7-8 minutes., Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and water. In a nonstick skillet, heat remaining oil over medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir just until thickened and no liquid egg remains. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheeses., Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.

MY VERSION OF AMY'S ROASTED VEGGIE PIZZA
I tried Amy's Roasted Vegetable (no cheese) Pizza from the frozen food case in a pinch for dinner one night. Yes, it was good (and expensive). - 1. Roast your pepper! Place pepper in toaster over, or hold over flame and char the pepper skin until it is black all over. Place in a bowl and cover with cling film. Let steam for about 10 minutes. After steamed, rinse pepper under cold water and peel off skin and seeds. Dry pepper with paper towel, and chop pieces into dice size.
- 2. Meanwhile, make your sweet onion sauce! Chop the onions and add to pan in hot olive oil. Add S&P and brown sugar and caramelize until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Halfway through, add water to de-glaze pan if bottom of pan gets too dark. Cook until onions are very soft and water is full cooked out.
- 3. Put onion mixture in food processor and blend into a puree. Set aside. Depending on how much you like on your pizza, you may have extra. Refrigerate and use on sandwiches! Yum!
- 4. Rinse and dry pan, and heat about 2-3 T of olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and saute until browned. Set aside.
- 5. Drain artichokes and chop into smaller pieces.
- 6. Roll out pizza dough according to Pillsbury instructions on baking sheet.
- 7. Assemble your pizza. Start by spreading sweet onion sauce on dough. Then add cooked mushrooms, diced roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top. Lightly sprinkle 1 tsp. of garlic powder over pizza and bake about 20 minutes until crust is browned and toppings are bubbly!
- 8. Season pizza again with a little S&P. Let pizza rest about 2-3 minutes to set a little before slicing.

this is a VERY yummy pizza dough its not super thick but its not a thin crust. definitely give this one a try, very simple!

Steps:
- combine first two ingredients.
- in separate bowl dissolve sugar an yeast into the water.
- add wet ingredient to flour mixture
- let dough sit (rise) approximate 1 hour, (the dough should double in size).
- take dough out of bowl, and roll out, or fling in air, however you want to strech into crust, and place on pizza pan.
- bake crust at 375 for 10 minutes
- take out and a pizza toppings bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes more.

- Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic in large skillet. Drain and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- In 9 x 13 dish, spread a layer of sauce and top with half of cheeses. Then spread remaining sauce and the rest of the cheese.
- Top with crescent rolls, and pinch seams to form a crust.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
