Amazing Oreo Fudge Recipes

OREO FUDGE

Steps:

• Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish.
• Microwave the chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until they are melted.
• Stir in the condensed milk and crushed Oreos (reserve a small amount of Oreos for the top).
• Line an 8X8 baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
• Pour the mixture into the pan and top with the reserved crush Oreos.
• Allow to cool at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to set (for approximately 1 hour).
• Cut and serve. Enjoy!
• *Notes: If you have problems with the white chocolate being creamy when melted, add a small amount of vegetable oil to the melted chocolate.

AMAZING OREO FUDGE RECIPE

Steps:

• Line an 8" x 8″ baking dish with parchment paper.
• Reserve 4 Oreos and place the rest in a large plastic bag and break into large chunks. Don't break them too small, but at least into thirds or quarters.
• In a small saucepan, heat condensed milk and white chocolate chips over medium-low heat, constantly stirring until completely melted. Remove from heat.
• Mix the cookies into the chocolate mixture and pour into the prepared pan. Break the last 4 cookies into large pieces and sprinkle them on top. Press them in with a spoon if necessary.
• Refrigerate at least an hour to set. Remove from pan with parchment. Using a warm, dry knife, cut squares, and serve!

THE BEST OREO FUDGE RECIPE

Steps:

• Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
• In a saucepan, bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil stirring constantly; over med heat.
• Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, string continuously.
• Remove saucepan from heat; stir the white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the butter/sugar milk mixture, until the white chocolate chips have completely melted and are smooth.
• Gently fold 3/4 of the crumbled cookies into the white chocolate mixture until just incorporated; spread into the prepared pan.
• Sprinkle remaining cookies evenly over the top. Press cookies lightly into the fudge.
• Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into small squares to serve.

AMAZING OREO FUDGE

Steps:

• 1. Lightly butter--or spray-- 13X9 inch pan. Put 2 rows of Oreo's into a food processor until they are a fine, or almost like gravel, consistency and set aside. The last row break each cookie into fourths. Set aside.
• 2. In large saucepan, heat evaporated milk and granulated sugar over medium heat stirring constantly. Let it come to a boil and continue to stir until an even consistency and sugar is melted, about 5 minutes.
• 3. Add marshmallow cream and butter, stirring constantly, then add ALL the chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
• 4. Remove from heat and add the processed Oreo's to warm fudge and stir until well incorporated.
• 5. Pour warm fudge into prepared pan, and IMMEDIATELY put the rest of the broken cookies on top and gently press into the fudge.
• 6. Set aside and let harden for about 6 hours, then cut into desired size.
