8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jars (15 ounces each) Alfredo sauce
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
2 pouches (6 ounces each) boneless skinless pink salmon
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Steps:

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Stir in the Alfredo sauce, broccoli, salmon and basil. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. Drain fettuccine. Add to skillet; toss to coat.

3 cups broccoli florets
1 ½ cups fat free milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon dried chives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained, skin and bones removed, and broken into chunks
½ teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
2 tablespoons coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions, adding broccoli for the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan whisk together milk and flour; add chives and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Add salmon and lemon peel. Heat through.
  • Place noodle mixture on a serving platter; spoon salmon mixture on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and, if desired, freshly ground black pepper.

1 cup chopped sweet onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 jar Bertolli® Alfredo Sauce
1 cup frozen green peas, partially thawed
8 ounces vermicelli or spaghetti, cooked and drained
4 salmon or halibut fillets (about 1lb)

Steps:

  • Season salmon, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Broil or grill until salmon is done. Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium-high heat in 12-inch nonstick skillet and cook onion 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in lemon juice and bring to a boil. Stir in Sauce, peas and parsley and simmer 5 minutes. To serve, arrange salmon over hot vermicelli and top with sauce. Garnish, if desired, with additional chopped fresh parsley and finely grated lemon peel.;

1/4 packet of spaghetti ((200 g, 7oz))
150 ml double cream ((5 oz))
1 salmon fillet
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs chopped dill
1 tbsp grated parmesan

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/ 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wrap the salmon fillet in kitchen foil and bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
  • Retain one quarter of cup of the cooking water, and drain the rest.
  • In pan, add the double cream and garlic and bring to a boil.
  • Toss the spaghetti to coat, add the cooked water, parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and use a fork to flake it, then add it to the spaghetti together with the lemon juice and mix everything well.
  • Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped dill.
  • Serve immediately.
