- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place sausage links in the air fryer basket in one layer. You might need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air-fry until sausages start to brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Flip sausage and air-fry until sausages are no longer pink in the center, an additional 3 to 5 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Cut bacon strips widthwise in half; cut sausage links in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of sausage. Place 1/2 cup brown sugar in a shallow bowl; roll sausages in sugar. Secure each with a toothpick. Place in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. , Preheat air fryer to 325°. Sprinkle wrapped sausages with 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
