Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
5 jalapeno peppers (minced)
2 steady sprays cooking spray

Steps:

Mix together the cream cheese and jalapeno's in a small bowl.
Spoon 1 1/2 teasoons of cream cheese in the middle of each wonton wrapper.
Wipe the edges of the wonton wrappers with water.
Bring all 4 corners together in the center and seal.
Spray the bottom of the fryer basket with cooking spray.
Put as many as your air fryer can hold without over crowding,.
Spray the tops of the wontons with cooking spray.
Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Take the wonton wrappers out of the package and keep covered with a damp cloth or paper towel until ready to fill each one.
Add a teaspoon of cream cheese filling to the wrapper and use your favorite fold (3 folds listed below) to seal.
Preheat the air fryer by turning it on to 350 for about 5 minutes. Place the wontons in the air fryer basket, and spray with cooking spray or brush with oil. Spraying will cause a more golden and beautiful appearance and a slightly better texture. If you prefer not to, the wontons will be floury and a bit sharper. Cook at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes, checking at 3 minutes. They should be crispy and golden. Serve with dipping sauce.

Spray the basket of an air fryer with olive oil spray. Add the wontons to the basket and lightly spray with olive oil. Cook at 370 degrees for 8 minutes. Check to see if they are golden and cook for an additional 2 minutes if needed.
