AIR FRYER BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS - FROM FROZEN

Steps:
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray or cooking oil.
- Toss the frozen chicken wings with olive oil.
- Combine the baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Toss the chicken wings with the seasoning and place them in the air fryer.
- Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 10 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and stir the chicken wings, separating any of them that were stuck together while they were frozen.
- Increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir or shake the chicken wings every 5 to 6 minutes so they cook evenly.
- Toss the chicken wings in the buffalo sauce.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN WINGS

- Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
- Combine sea salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Dredge each chicken wing in the spice mixture and set into the air fryer basket in one layer.
- Cook in the air fryer until chicken wings are no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). If wings are smaller, reduce cooking time.

- Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (182 degrees C).
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle oil over wings and massage until chicken is evenly coated.
- Place 1/2 the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes. Use tongs to flip wings and cook 5 minutes more. Transfer cooked wings to a large bowl. Repeat with remaining wings.
- While second batch is cooking, combine hot pepper sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir and keep warm until wings are done.
- Pour sauce over cooked wings and toss to coat.
