AIR FRYER NUTELLA®-STUFFED WONTONS
Wonton wrappers, Nutella®, and a little cooking spray are all that's needed for these quick little morsels. Serve for dessert or as a quick pick-me-up.

- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
- Lay out wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon Nutella in the middle of each wrapper. Use a pastry brush or your finger to wet the edges of each wonton wrapper and fold in half, lightly pressing the sides together. Moisten the tips of the wrapper and press together. Set completed wrappers onto a clean plate and generously spray with cooking spray. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket and set wontons inside.
- Air fry until light brown, about 4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.

AIR FRYER BEEF WONTONS
This air-fried version of one of our family's favorite recipes is low on guilt while still crispy and satisfying. We serve ours with soy sauce for dipping.

- Combine ground beef, green onions, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and ginger in a bowl; mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place several of the wonton wrappers on a plate or a cutting board without overlapping. Pour some water into a small bowl next to the plate.
- Form about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture into a ball and place on one side of each wrapper. Dip your fingertips in the bowl of water and swipe some water around the edges of the wonton wrappers. Fold the wontons in half so that they form a triangle around the beef mixture. Wet your fingers with additional water and pinch the edges of the wrapper together. Place folded wontons onto plates, making sure they don't overlap, while you assemble the remaining wontons.
- Brush one side of the wontons lightly with sesame oil. Place a single layer of wontons into the air fryer basket, oiled side down. Brush the tops lightly with additional sesame oil.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, then carefully flip the wontons with tongs. Cook on the second side until the wontons are crispy and the edges are golden brown, 3 to 4 more minutes. Transfer wontons to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool while you cook the rest of the wontons in batches.

These air fryer pork wontons are just as crunchy and crispy as traditionally fried pork wontons, except you can forget about the mess of deep frying. These are folded in an envelope shape, which is optimal for even browning and crisping in the air fryer.

- Make the wontons: Preheat an air fryer to 325˚ F. Mix the pork, scallion, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic, ginger and sugar in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Spread out the wonton wrappers on a work surface. Scoop 1 teaspoonful of the pork mixture into the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges; fold in half to make a triangle. Fold in the two lower points to look like an open envelope; seal with a dab of water. Brush both sides with sesame oil.
- Add the wontons to the air fryer basket. Cook, flipping halfway through, until golden, 10 minutes.
- Make the dipping sauce: Whisk the soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds and scallion in a small bowl. Serve with the wontons.

- In a medium bowl, combine the pork, shrimp, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic and mix well.
- Working with one wonton wrapper at a time, lightly brush the edges of two adjacent sides of the wrapper with water and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center. Fold over one corner of the wrapper so that the two moistened sides come together with the two unmoistened sides, creating a triangle. Press the sides together to seal. Then, holding the corners of the long side of the triangle and bring them together to form the traditional purse shape, using a bit of water to seal the corners to each other.
- Spray or brush the wontons with oil and place them in the air fryer (I use a perforated parchment sheet on the bottom to prevent sticking).
