Its so good it's addicting, hence the name. It's easy and delicious. Serve with green beans and rice or potatoes to make a delicious meal your whole family will be begging you to make again and again. Also try using chicken wings or with fish.

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (also try with 24 chicken wings or with 1 lb flounder)
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Then combine the grated cheese and the seasonings. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (Do not omit this step, or you'll still be scrubbing the pan for days!).
  • 3. Melt the butter in a shallow bowl or pan.
  • 4. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter, and then into the seasoned cheese, coating well.
  • 5. Arrange in the foil lined pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°F.
  • 6. Then -- kick yourself that you didn't make a double recipe!

I found this recipe on a low-carb site, (DH is doing a low-carb diet). I modified it some and DH says the name is very appropriate. He craves this so I end up making it once or twice a week. Good thing it is easy!

1 tablespoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Line a shallow pan with foil.
  • Melt butter in a shallow dish.
  • Dip each piece in butter then roll in seasoning mixture and place in pan.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 orange, juice of
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mild chili powder
8 chicken thigh fillets
8 flour tortillas, to serve
8 tablespoons mayonnaise, to serve
iceberg lettuce

Steps:

  • Place garlic, orange juice, olive oil, soy, chilli and honey into a bowl, season and mix well.
  • Place the chicken in a shallow roasting dish lined with some baking paper.
  • pour over the mixture and turn to coat well.
  • marinade 1 hour.
  • preheat oven to 220°C Turn the chicken some more to coat with the sauce then bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the chicken half way through and basting with the glaze.
  • Serve in tortillas spread with 1 tbsp mayonaise and some thorn lettuce leaves.

You can make extra sauce for this or reserve some and serve with the chicken. This is also a great recipe to put on salads. YUM!

16 ounces chicken
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons shallots, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Combine honey, mustard, soy sauce, ginger and minced shallot.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Spray broiler pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken fillets on pan and brush generously with honey mustard mixture.
  • Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
  • Turn, baste again and broil 5 minutes longer, or until chicken is no longer pink when you cut into it.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

seasoned flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 (310 g) can cut asparagus, drained
1 small chicken stock cube
1/3 cup cream
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Coat chicken fillets lightly with seasoned flour.
  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Cook chicken until golden on both sides.
  • Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
  • Add remaining ingrediets to pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to sauce in skillet and heat gently for 3/5 minutes.
  • Adjust seasonings and serve.
  • Steamed new potatoes and carrots go well.
