Ingredients

1 lg. pkg lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3 cups 7-up
Sliced bananas (I used 2 but 3 would have been better)
1 ½ cup miniature marshmallows
1 Lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)-save the juice
1 cup pineapple juice you saved (add water to make 1 cup)
1 egg (well beaten)
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

Dissolve in Jello in the boiling water.
Add the 7-Up to the Jello and let set until slightly thickened in fridge. (I think I waited 20-30 minutes)
Fold the bananas, marshmallows, and pineapple into the thickened Jello and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Place in the fridge and let the Jello set completely while you prepare the topping.
In a sauce pan, combine the reserved pineapple juice, egg, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Allow mixture to cool.
Fold whipping cream into the cooled juice mixture and spread on top of set Jell-0.

This jello salad recipe is in a church cookbook, the church I grew up in Missouri. I made it with our Easter ham this year, and it was yummy! You can form it in a (small) mold, or put it in a 8 x 8 pan and cut into squares. Time prep includes 2 hours of refridgerating for it to set.

7 ounces 7-Up soda (or lemon-lime soda)
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 ounces lime Jell-O gelatin
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup Cool Whip, brand topping
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

In pan on medium heat, melt 7-up and marshmallows together. Add Jello (no water) gradually. Take off heat and leave in pot.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and pineapple until mixed well. Add jello mixture to the bowl. Then, fold in coolwhip maonaise and chopped walnuts.
Pour in dish or mold and refridgerate until it is solid.

This recipe is from the archives of Pioneer Lodge, a Seniors residence. There is no suggested number of servings but I would guess apprx 6 servings. This sounds almost like a dessert salad

1 cup 7-Up soda
2 cups small marshmallows
1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
8 ounces cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juuice
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Steps:

Over low heat melt together the 7-up, marshmellows,lime jello, cream cheese, and pineapple with juice.
When completely melted to gether remove from heat.
Chill until it mounds.
Add the miracle whip to the cream cheese mixture and stir together.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
